All content, software, materials, branding, graphics, text, audio, video, quizzes, interactive materials, and other elements of the Services are owned by or licensed to DPI and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted, users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any portion of the Services without prior written consent.

Users may submit written responses, prompts, and other materials through the Services. You retain ownership of your submitted content; however, by submitting content, you grant DPI a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, store, reproduce, and display such content solely for purposes of operating, maintaining, improving, and providing the Services.

User submissions and AI interactions are not intended to be publicly visible to other users.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Services at any time and without prior notice if we believe a user has:

• violated these Terms;
• engaged in abuse or misconduct;
• misused AI tools or platform resources;
• engaged in fraudulent activity; or
• created legal, security, or operational risk.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DPI DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or complete accuracy of content or AI-generated responses.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DPI AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, CONTRACTORS, AND PARTNERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE USE OF THE SERVICES.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DPI and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and partners from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from:

• your use of the Services;
• your violation of these Terms; or
• your violation of any applicable law or rights of third parties.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Texas.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.

Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
